Nordic Pole Walking pretty much kick started my fitness comeback. I used to be into walking a few years ago and found that it helped me stay in shape and deal with stress, but I have done very little over the last few years. With NPW, I can reach my training heart rate with a lot less effort, and no discomfort on the hip or feet. I am really stoked after only a few workouts.

I absolutely love Nordic Pole Walking because it gets me outside in the fresh air. I can choose to walk with friends and chat as I get my workout, or go out alone when I need personal space.
